  1. Call your primary care doctor first, if you have any disease such as allergy, heart disease, diabetes or other symptoms, give you safe. Anyone doesn't traveling from a state, not positive COVID and not flu shot recently (three weeks before).

  3. Call Vaccine Appointment Assist Line - 877-918-2224 (Mon. - Fri. from 8 am to 4:30 pm) help you and make an appointment in any community. You can request if they accept the interpreter
